What's the lead time for orders?

As a small family business handcrafting every product locally in Norfolk, our lead times may be slightly longer than larger competitors. We begin working on orders immediately upon receipt and typically dispatch within 7 working days. However, during high-volume seasons, we allow for a 3-week turnaround to ensure quality.
